Site Supervisor

Dwaraka Coorporation Pvt Ltd, Puttur Dakshina kannada a leading property developer is looking for Site Supervisors (Civil) with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to support site execution, day-to-day supervision, and quality and safety compliance on our residential construction projects, working under the guidance of the Site Engineer / Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise daily site activities including excavation, RCC, masonry and finishing works
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ and specifications under the guidance of the Site Engineer
• Ensure labour and contractor teams follow quality and safety standards on-site

Quality & Material Checks

• Conduct routine stage-wise checks and report deviations to the Site Engineer
• Assist in maintaining quality checklists and inspection records
• Monitor material usage, wastage, and proper storage / handling at site

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate daily with contractors, vendors and labour teams to keep work on schedule
• Assist in maintaining site registers, daily progress reports (DPR) and measurement records
• Report progress, delays and issues promptly to the Site Engineer / Project Manager

Safety Management

• Ensure workers use PPE and follow safe working practices
• Report site hazards and support safety compliance on-site

Mandatory

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction and finishing works for residential buildings

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Candidates from Mangalore, Puttur, Sullia, Bantwal and Belthangady area preffered.

Location: Puttur, Dakshina kannada

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in residential / real estate construction site supervision
• Experience working under contractor or developer environments preferred

Work Environment

• Site-based role; may require travel between sites
• Flexible working hours depending on project requirements
