Site Supervisor

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for electrical substation projects.
• Coordinate and monitor civil, structural, and electrical installation works within substations.
• Supervise installation activities involving transformers, switchgear, control panels, cable trays, cable laying, earthing, and associated electrical equipment, as applicable to the project.
• Ensure site activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, technicians, and other site personnel to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor daily progress against project schedules and report delays or site issues to the project management team.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, site safety procedures, and applicable permit-to-work systems.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, storage, and availability to avoid delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
• Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and rectification of site observations, where applicable.
• Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, progress updates, and relevant site documentation.
• Identify site constraints and technical issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in electrical substations or power infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in substation construction, electrical installation, or associated site execution activities.
• Familiarity with substation equipment, electrical drawings, cable installation, earthing systems, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of site safety procedures, quality requirements, and inspection processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE or GCC substation project experience is preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
