Site Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with clients, designers and subcontractors;
• Monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site to ensure the works performed in required standard and quality;
• Assist to conduct safety control measures on site
• Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site
• Handle materials logistics and arrange materials to site;
• Attend regular site meeting;
• Co-ordinate site activities with different parties;
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment.

Requirements :

• 3+ years site working experience in interior fitting-out & constructing work
• Able to understanding drawing
• Able to handle project independently, hard-working and problem solving skills
• Able to maintain project quality and time control on interior site works
• Good communication and site project management skill
• Knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out
• PC knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
