Job Summary
The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities at real estate projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards and approved drawings. The role includes supervising labor, coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and building regulations.
• Review construction drawings and specifications before execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Identify and resolve construction issues to avoid project delays.
• Attend project meetings and provide status updates to management.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Experience managing contractors and site workers.
