Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Junior Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to support the execution of interior and civil construction projects. The candidate will assist in site supervision, monitor project progress, coordinate with labour and vendors, manage material requirements, and ensure that work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor construction and interior project progress.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with labour, contractors, vendors, designers, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, and safety at project sites.
• Assist with site measurements, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material calculations.
• Conduct site inspections and support quality checks as per project requirements.
• Prepare daily site updates, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Identify and help resolve day-to-day technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and as per project specifications.
• Maintain compliance with construction safety standards and site housekeeping requirements.
• Travel to different project sites across Pune as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of civil construction, interior execution, and site supervision.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, measurements, and material estimation is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel across Pune for project-related work.
