TCT Success Sdn Bhd, a growing transportation company specializing in the delivery of construction materials and currently undergoing business expansion, is seeking a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure works are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Inspect work progress and workmanship and report any issues or delays to management.
• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment and manpower to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports and other relevant documentation.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and operational issues.
• Verify completed works and ensure they comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review, interpret, and work from construction drawings, plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of works.
• Assist in site measurements, coordination and other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

1. Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant site supervision experience (preferred).
3. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
4. Good knowledge of construction methods, site safety requirements and quality standards.
5. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
7. Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites when required.

Working Hours

• 6 working days per week
• Monday to Saturday, 8am – 5pm
