Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cabinet installation activities on-site, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, timeline, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating with installers, liaising with clients, and managing overall installation and touch-up works to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and monitor daily cabinet installation works on-site
· Ensure installation is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
· Assign and coordinate installers and lorry drivers based on project timelines and site requirements
· Support Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager in all site-related matters as required
· Liaise closely with the Operations Department to ensure smooth coordination, material readiness, and
installation progress
· Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify defects or touch-up requirements
· Meet with clients on-site to discuss touch-ups, rectifications, and final adjustments
· Plan and arrange installation and touch-up schedules with installers and relevant parties
· Follow up on outstanding works and ensure all defects are properly rectified
· Ensure site cleanliness and proper handling of materials during and after installation

Requirements
· Minimum Diploma or relevant experience in Carpentry, Construction, or related field
· At least 1–2 years of experience in site supervision (cabinet / renovation preferred)
· Good knowledge of cabinet installation and finishing works
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Able to handle client interactions professionally
· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Able to work independently and manage multiple sites if required
· Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites
