Site Supervisor

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with main-contractors, sub-contractors and related parties.
  出席工地會議，並與大判、分判商及相關合作單位協調。

• Liaise with Project Manager / Site Manager regarding site progress.
  與項目經理 / 地盤經理溝通及匯報工程進度。

• Monitor daily workmanship and prepare progress reports.
  監督每日施工質量並提交進度報告。

• Conduct site inspections and verify completed works.
  進行工地巡查並對已完工項目進行驗收匯報。

• Ensure effective material control and strict adherence to site safety standards.
  負責工地物料控管並確保施工環境安全。

• Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.
  處理其他由上級指派的突發任務及臨時工作。

Requirements 入職要求

• Form 5 education level or above.
  中五或以上學歷。

• Minimum 5years working experience in related façade works is highly preferred.
  具備至少 5 年幕牆相關工程經驗者優先。

• Proven ability to supervise glass façade, aluminum, and steel installation and monitor quality, progress, and safety.
  具備監督玻璃幕牆、鋁質及鋼結構安裝工程的經驗，並能控管質量、進度及安全。

• Able to use Auto-CAD and read shop drawings would be of advantage.
  熟悉 AutoCAD 操作及具備識圖能力者優先。

• Holder of Safety Supervisor & TCP T1 would be of advantage.
  持有安全督導員證書及 TCP T1 證照者優先。

• Immediate availability is preferred.
  可即時上班者優先。
