As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Area Lead for our Sydney Division.

Alongside leading your team, you will maintain a practical connection to the field by completing a portion of estimating and supervising responsibilities directly costed to projects.** Operations & Area Management

• Manage day-to-day regional office operations to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Address and resolve client complaints or operational issues swiftly.
• Attend client performance meetings and act as a key representative of the business.
• Provide continuous coaching, leadership, and support to the team.
• Conduct weekly KPI reporting and performance reviews for staff.
• Prepare and present Monthly Business  Reports
• Oversee subcontractor payments and manage outstanding invoices
• Manage regional budgets, financial forecasting, and weekly financial reporting.
• Maintain full control over company invoicing processes and client follow-ups
