Job Overview

Kiswa Developers is looking for a responsible and motivated Junior Site Supervisor – Civil to assist in supervising construction activities and ensuring that site work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site staff.
• Monitor the quality and progress of ongoing work.
• Check materials and ensure proper utilization at the site.
• Maintain daily site progress and work records.
• Report site issues, delays, and material requirements to the concerned management.
• Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.

Requirements

• DAE Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to supervise workers and manage daily site activities.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work onsite.
