SITE SUPERVISOR (Construction)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily structural construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure that all structural and architectural works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and site activities.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed within the stipulated timeline.
• Ensure all works comply with safety requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and report any construction issues or discrepancies to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project team members.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper site documentation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the construction industry
• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
• SPM leavers with relevant site experience are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
