Site Supervisor-Data Center

About the role

Responsible for overall site management, arrange installation work for work teams, control construction progress, site safety and work quality. Liaise with local subcontractors, consultants and client, coordinate all kinds of site issues.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange installation work for work teams and control construction progress, site safety and work quality
• Liaise with local subcontractors, consultants and client, coordinate all kinds of site issues
• Read construction drawings, organize site construction according to drawings and method statement, implement construction workflow
• Carry out site inspection and technical briefing, record construction status, timely feedback project issues to project team
• Support site inspection submission, on-site communication and local coordination works

About you

• 1–3 years site supervision experience in ELV / M&E / building construction, familiar with full construction workflow
• Able to read engineering construction drawings
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin communication is an added advantage
• Good site coordination skill, strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to Malaysia construction site working rhythm
• Familiar with ELV and M&E installation is preferred
• Experience working with China staffs in Malaysia construction site is a plus
