Site Supervisor (Electrical)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities, as well as in risk mitigation, to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of HV/MV substation projects.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, and E&M interfaces during site execution.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work quality and safety, ensure adherence to Hong Kong & Macau workplace safety regulations and company HSE standards.
• Provide timely updates to the Project Manager regarding site progress, work quality, and safety performance.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and method statements; provide technical guidance on site, and support the installation and testing and commissioning of power systems equipment, components, etc.
• Willingness to work onsite in Hong Kong & Macau and adapt to project demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operation Manager.

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Valid safety training certification.
• Experience with GIS, power transformers, protection & control systems, or power distribution networks highly preferred.
• Good analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Good communication, site coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese.
• Possesses of valid driver license is an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Site Manager.
