Job Summary

Italco International LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Engineer Assistant with proven experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will support site execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate effectively with teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works
• Support engineers and project managers in planning and execution
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce
• Track site progress and provide regular updates to management
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on-site
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality control
• Manage materials, tools, and manpower efficiently
• Maintain proper site documentation and reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior fit-out or construction projects
• Strong site supervision and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to lead teams and handle site challenges effectively
• Proactive, organized, and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic technical knowledge of drawings and site execution
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field .
