Truewall Specialties Pvt. Ltd. is a leading facade construction contracting company, committed to delivering high-quality and innovative facade solutions for a wide range of projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Site Supervisor to join our site execution team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day facade installation work at site (aluminium cladding, glazing, curtain wall, solid sheet and related works) as per approved drawings.
• Manage and guide site labour, fabricators and installation teams, and assign daily tasks.
• Read and follow shop drawings and details, and coordinate with the design team for clarifications and revisions.
• Check materials received at site for quantity, quality and specification, and maintain stock records.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved samples, colours, finishes and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress against the schedule and report delays or issues to the Project Manager.
• Take site measurements and verify alignment, levels and dimensions before and during installation.
• Ensure safety practices are followed at site, including PPE use, scaffolding and work-at-height safety.
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), labour attendance and site records.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, client representatives and other trades at site.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor of Civil Engineering (ITI in a related trade may also be considered)
• Experience: 3-4 years in site work (facade, glazing, aluminum or construction experience preferred; freshers with strong site interest may apply)
• Ability to read and understand architectural and shop drawings
• Basic knowledge of site measurement, levels and building materials
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reports
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel when required
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
