Site Supervisor / Foreman

We are a leader in Light Gauge Steel (LGS) frame construction and IBS solutions. With over 20 years of experience, we specialize in delivering fast, high-quality building solutions for schools, plantation quarters, and industrial structures. We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead our on-site assembly and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Leadership: Oversee daily on-site operations and coordinate workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Quality Control: Ensure all construction works, especially LGS and IBS assembly, are carried out strictly according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Progress Monitoring: Track daily work progress against the project schedule and submit regular site reports to the Project Manager.
• Safety Management: Enforce strict site safety regulations, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Resource Coordination: Manage on-site materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage to prevent delays.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building construction, preferably with exposure to steel structures or IBS.
• Education: Professional Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and structural drawings accurately.
• Certification: Valid CIDB Green Card is mandatory.
• Attributes: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Language: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
