Site Supervisor (Interior Design)

Job Responsibilities 工作职责

1. Oversee and manage apartment interior fit-out works in accordance with Malaysian construction standards, acceptance requirements, fire safety regulations, and local statutory requirements to ensure project compliance and quality delivery.
   负责公寓精装修工程的整体管理，确保施工符合马来西亚当地施工标准、验收规范、消防要求及相关法律法规要求，保障项目合规实施。
2. Manage the full lifecycle of interior fit-out works, including drawing review, construction planning, material inspection, site coordination, workmanship control, concealed works inspection, final handover, and defect rectification.
   负责精装修工程全流程管理，包括图纸会审、施工方案落实、材料进场验收、工序协调、现场工艺管控、隐蔽工程验收、竣工验收、移交及整改等工作。
3. Monitor and supervise interior finishing works, including residential units, common areas, and decorative finishing details, ensuring quality, workmanship, project schedule, and cost control targets are achieved.
   负责公寓室内硬装、公区装修及各类装饰工程施工管理，确保工程质量、施工进度及成本控制目标的达成。
4. Identify construction issues on site, provide technical solutions, coordinate rectification works, and ensure timely resolution of project-related challenges.
   及时发现并解决现场施工问题，制定整改方案并跟进落实，确保项目顺利推进。
5. Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on inspections, approvals, submissions, progress reporting, and project execution matters.
   与业主、顾问、总包单位、分包单位及供应商保持良好沟通，完成报验、资料提交、进度汇报及相关协调工作。
6. Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation, inspection records, progress reports, and handover documents in accordance with project requirements.
   负责项目资料、验收记录、施工进度报告及竣工移交文件的整理和管理工作。
7. Conduct quality inspections and acceptance checks to ensure all interior works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
   组织质量检查及验收工作，确保施工成果符合设计图纸、技术规范及项目要求。
8. Independently manage apartment interior fit-out works, including site coordination, resource planning, progress monitoring, quality control, and stakeholder communication.
   独立负责公寓精装修工程管理工作，统筹现场资源配置、施工进度、质量验收及各方沟通协调工作。

Job Requirement 工作要求

1. Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
   室内设计、建筑学、工程管理、土木工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. Have experience in special decoration management of 1 or more complete general contracting projects. Candidates with experience in general contracting of fine decoration for apartments and residential buildings are preferred. Have participated in the whole process management of project decoration construction.
   拥有 1-2 个及以上完整总承包项目装饰专项管理经验，优先考虑公寓、住宅类精装修总包项目经验，全程参与过项目装饰施工全过程管理。
3. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other relevant design and construction software is preferred.
   熟练使用 AutoCAD、SketchUp、3D Max 等设计及工程软件者优先。
4. Ability to communicate in English and Chinese is an advantage due to project communication requirements.
   因工作需要与不同国籍团队沟通，具备良好的中英文沟通能力者优先考虑。
5. Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to effectively oversee site operations, monitor project progress, ensure quality compliance, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage apartment interior fit-out (ID) works from planning through completion.
   具备较强的现场统筹管理、施工进度管控、质量验收及沟通协调能力，责任心强，执行力佳。能够独立负责公寓类精装修（ID）工程的整体管理工作，确保项目按质量、进度及成本目标顺利完成。
