Site Supervisor (Interior Design)

Key Responsibilities

Project Site Management

* Manage daily site operations for interior fit-out projects.

* Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed according to schedule.

* Coordinate subcontractors and contractor supervisors.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.

* Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.

* Resolve site issues and propose practical solutions.

Coordination & Communication

* Liaise with consultants and landlords.

* Coordinate architectural, civil, M&E, and interior works.

* Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.

Quality Control

* Perform quality inspections throughout project execution.

* Ensure work complies with company standards and client requirements.

* Coordinate defect rectification and final inspections.

* Prepare snagging and handover documentation.

Health, Safety & Compliance

* Ensure site complies with CIDB and company safety requirements.

* Monitor housekeeping and safe work practices.

* Conduct toolbox meetings when necessary.

* Ensure contractors comply with safety regulations.

Documentation

* Maintain daily site reports.

* Monitor project schedules and progress updates.

* Review shop drawings and material submissions.

Electrical & M&E Coordination (Preferred)

* Coordinate electrical installation works.

* Review electrical shop drawings and layouts.

* Ensure proper coordination of:

    * Lighting systems

    * Power distribution

    * Data & network cabling

    * Fire Alarm Systems

    * CCTV

    * Access Control

    * Audio Visual (AV)

    * Mechanical & Air Conditioning interfaces

* Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.

Experience

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior fit-out or construction site management.

* Experience managing corporate office, commercial, or industrial fit-out projects.

* Experience in electrical works or M&E coordination is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

* Strong understanding of interior construction methodology.

* Knowledge of M&E services.

* Ability to read:

    * Architectural drawings

    * Interior Design drawings

    * Electrical drawings

    * M&E coordination drawings

* Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

* Knowledge of project scheduling software (Microsoft Project) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in electrical installations, ELV, or M&E coordination.

* Knowledge of GreenRE, GBI, or sustainable building practices.

* CIDB Green Card holder.

* First Aid or Safety certification is an advantage.

* Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
