Site Supervisor (Interior Design)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and hands-on Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating interior fit-out, renovation and construction works, ensuring projects are delivered according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on-site, solving problems, coordinating with different parties, and taking ownership of project progress from start to completion.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Interior Designers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients, gaining valuable exposure to real interior design and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and interior fit-out works.

• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, workmanship, and progress.

• Identify and report discrepancies, defects, delays, and non-compliance issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Verify materials delivered to site against approved specifications and quantities.

• Capture and update site progress photos through the company's designated system.

• Conduct inspections at different stages of project completion and ensure defects are rectified within the required timeframe.

• Monitor project progress and highlight potential delays, site issues, and risks to Management.

• Ensure site safety requirements and relevant statutory regulations are adhered to.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

What We're Looking For

• Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision, construction, renovation, or interior fit-out works.
• Able to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of construction processes, materials, workmanship, and site practices.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
