Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for independently supervising day-to-day site activities and ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, schedules, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior fit-out activities across project sites.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Read and understand architectural, interior, joinery, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise gypsum, ceiling, partition, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, glass, metal, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Plan and coordinate daily manpower, subcontractors, materials, and site activities.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and maintain high finishing standards.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely solutions with the project team.
• Coordinate material requirements and deliveries to avoid project delays.
• Maintain proper site safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Submit regular site progress updates and immediately report delays or critical issues.
• Manage snagging and rectification works through final inspection and project handover.
• Travel between different project sites as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Site Supervision.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence – MANDATORY.
• Candidates without a valid UAE driving licence will not be considered.
• UAE interior fit-out experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, materials, installation methods, and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand technical and shop drawings.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination related to interior fit-out.
• Ability to independently manage workers and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and work under project deadlines.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience handling residential villas and apartments will be preferred, along with experience in commercial offices, retail, F&B, hospitality, and other interior fit-out projects.
