Site Supervisor - Interior Fit Out

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out to oversee and coordinate site activities, ensuring that all interior fit-out works are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and agreed timelines.

Note: Only candidates with relevant interior fit-out experience will be considered. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved shop drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, mall management, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor and supervise interior decoration, MEP, joinery, and finishing works.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical details.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor their work progress, quality, and productivity.
• Negotiate subcontractor prices and assist in cost control and project cost-reduction initiatives.
• Identify site issues, coordinate solutions, and report potential delays or technical concerns to management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor material deliveries, manpower allocation, and site resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
• Ensure timely completion and proper handover of projects.
• Maintain good housekeeping and enforce site safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior decoration, MEP works, joinery, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills when dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Good understanding of project planning, site execution, quality control, and cost management.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel between project sites as required.

Pay: AED2,100.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
