Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

About the role

DOZA Group Inc. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Project-in-Charge (PIC) to manage construction and interior fit-out projects in Cebu. The PIC will oversee daily site operations, manpower and subcontractor management, material planning, project implementation, quality control, and progress monitoring to ensure works are completed on schedule and according to approved standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily and weekly construction activities, work sequencing, and manpower deployment.
• Supervise site workers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and productivity.
• Oversee Civil and Architectural works, including drywall, ceilings, masonry, tiling, waterproofing, painting, doors, millworks, and architectural finishes.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and implement corrective actions to address delays.
• Plan material requirements and coordinate procurement and deliveries to prevent work stoppages.
• Coordinate with MEPF contractors and other trades to avoid conflicts, delays, and rework.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project management, and other contractors regarding site activities and concerns.
• Prepare daily accomplishments, manpower reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
• Manage quality inspections, punch list rectification, and project turnover.

About you

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Registered Architect preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in commercial or hotel interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of Civil and Architectural works, particularly drywall, ceilings, tiling, and interior finishes.
• Experience supervising workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, manpower productivity, material planning, and basic quantity estimation.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to independently manage assigned project areas and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu.
