Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

About the Role

Incept Living Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior installation and execution at project sites.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating daily site activities, checking workmanship, and ensuring that interior work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior installation and execution activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and measurements.
• Coordinate with carpenters, installers, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
• Check the quality of materials, installation, finishing, and workmanship.
• Ensure the site is ready before materials and installation teams arrive.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Coordinator for timely solutions.
• Verify measurements and report discrepancies before installation.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are used properly and safely.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure workers follow safety practices.
• Provide daily site progress updates, including completed work, pending tasks, material requirements, and issues.
• Coordinate with customers and other contractors at the site when required.
• Conduct final site checks and prepare snag lists before project handover.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior design, modular furniture, or interior execution.
• Ability to read and understand interior drawings and measurements.
• Good knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture installation, and interior finishing.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage workers and ensure quality workmanship.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and site documentation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
