About the role

A Site Supervisor Intern role offering hands-on experience in construction site operations, working with the project team to support daily site management and coordination activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Supervisor in daily site operations and coordination.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedule.
• Assist in coordinating workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report site progress, issues and safety concerns.
• Assist with site documentation, reports and daily records.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety requirements and company procedures.
• Perform other site-related duties assigned by the Site Supervisor / Project Manager.

About you

• Diploma / Degree student in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on construction sites and learn about site operations.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or students looking for internship opportunities are welcome.
