About the role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The role involves monitoring daily work progress, ensuring quality standards and safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Monitor daily work progress and manpower deployment to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of tasks
• Coordinate closely with sub-contractors on daily work schedules and resolve technical or operational issues promptly
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with required quality standards and project specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and identify defects
• Ensure construction works comply with safety regulations, company policies, and site safety requirements at all times
• Promote good housekeeping practices and maintain a safe working environment on site
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to ensure proper communication and coordination on site matters
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports, including updates on work status, challenges encountered, and action plans
• Assist in site measurements, material verification, and documentation related to site activities
