Site Supervisor (Local / PR - Chinese Speaking)

About the role

Manage and supervise daily construction site operations. Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress, quality and workmanship
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and site resources
• Ensure works are carried out according to project schedules, drawings and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve site issues
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and workers
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress
• Maintain site records, reports and relevant documentation
• Perform other duties assigned by management

About you

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site experience preferred
• Experience in building construction and/or structural steel works is an advantage
• Able to speak and communicate in Chinese/Mandarin
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage workers, subcontractors and daily site activities independently
• Relevant construction qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory
