SITE SUPERVISOR M&E

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that completed works/products conform to specifications.
• Assist the M&E Head/Senior in managing, planning, and monitoring daily M&E works.
• Inspect M&E works carried out by M&E sub-contractors/suppliers.
• Assist and coordinate with Civil & Structural, M&E, Architectural, and other related disciplines.
• Ensure discipline and good morale are maintained at the construction site.
• Carry out scheduling for architectural and structural works, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
• Ensure building materials and work performed on-site are properly handled, stored, and protected.
• Assist in conducting inspections and attending meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and authorities.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure safe work practices on-site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during M&E works.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, inspections, and other relevant information.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Requirements:

• Preferably possess a Diploma/Degree in Building Construction or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or have relevant experience in the related field.
• Able to produce M&E coordination drawings.
• Ability to identity and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
• Must have a construction background; experience with main contractors is preferred.
• Preferably have at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
