Site Supervisor / M&E Supervisor

About the role

Supervise and coordinate daily M&E site works to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule. Monitor installation works including piping, HVAC, electrical, cable containment, and steel structures. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor work progress and report updates to the Project Engineer / Manager
• Check site workmanship and ensure works meet the required quality and safety standards
• Identify and assist in resolving site issues, technical problems, and coordination clashes
• Supervise subcontractors and workers and ensure proper work arrangements on site
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly managed and used
• Assist with testing & commissioning, inspection, and handover works
• Prepare basic site records such as daily reports, progress updates, and site photos
• Ensure good housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in M&E or construction
• Able to read and understand M&E drawings and shop drawings
• Good knowledge of M&E installation and site coordination
• Able to supervise subcontractors and workers
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage
• Willing to work on site and overtime when required
• Candidates with a short notice period or who can start immediately are preferred.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
