SITE SUPERVISOR (MECHANICAL) AT PUTRAJAYA

About the role

Aneka Bena M.N. Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor / IOW Mechanical professional to join our team on a contract basis in Putrajaya. This position plays a crucial role in our mechanical engineering operations, ensuring the efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. As an IOW (Installation, Operation, and Warranty) Mechanical specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality mechanical solutions that support our project objectives and client satisfaction. This is a contract role based in Putrajaya, offering the flexibility and focused expertise needed for our current project requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Installing mechanical systems, equipment, and components according to design specifications and technical drawings
• Operating mechanical systems and equipment whilst monitoring performance and identifying any anomalies or inefficiencies
• Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions to resolve equipment failures
• Documenting all installation, operation, and maintenance activities in detailed reports and logs
• Liaising with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and communication
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures at all times
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members as required
• Performing quality inspections and testing to verify that mechanical systems meet specification requirements

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional certification
• Proven experience in mechanical installation, operation, and maintenance within industrial or commercial settings
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC systems, pumping systems, and related equipment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical issues quickly and efficiently
• Sound understanding of safety protocols and best practices in mechanical engineering
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with mechanical tools and testing equipment
• Previous experience with IOW contracts or warranty-related responsibilities is advantageous
