Site Supervisor (Multi-Site)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor (Multi-Site) to support construction projects across multiple sites within the base. Working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers, you will help ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

The role involves supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors, maintaining health and safety compliance, and providing Site Manager cover when required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor, or someone looking to gain site management experience and progress their career.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities across multiple active sites.
• Support Project Managers and Site Managers in the planning, coordination, and delivery of works.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Coordinate site labour, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain site records, permits, inspections, and other project documentation.
• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and workforce briefings.
• Monitor site progress and escalate issues that may impact programme, quality, or safety.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Support investigations relating to incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
• Provide Site Manager cover during periods of leave, absence, or increased business demand.
• Promote a positive safety culture and high standards of housekeeping across all sites.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Senior Site Supervisor, or similar role within construction.
• Experience working across multiple sites or projects.
• SMSTS qualification.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workloads across multiple locations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems.
• Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol (D&A) testing and BPSS vetting.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience providing Site Manager cover.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Temporary Works Supervisor training.
• Ambition to progress into a Site Management role.
