Site Supervisor (Project & Scaffold)

We are currently hiring for both Site Supervisor (Scaffold) and Site Supervisor (Project) positions. We are looking for a hands-on, responsible site supervisor to manage daily operations at commercial and retail sites. You will play a key role in ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and meets project quality standards. 

Industry: Construction / Hoarding, Scaffold, Reinstatement & Fit-Out

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily site activities and supervise workers on site
• Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Manage the ordering and delivery of construction materials
• Participate in site coordination, inspection and management meetings and progress monitoring to ensure conformance to design, quality, and safety standards
• Report project progress to the Project Manager and Senior Management
• Ensure safety rules and site requirements are strictly followed
• Update daily reports and maintain site records
• Work during night shift hours at shopping mall premises

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, renovation, fit-out, or reinstatement works
• Basic computer skills — able to upload documents and update reports via system
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings, or retail environments is an advantage
• Possession of CIDB Green Card and/or relevant Safety Certificates (e.g. NIOSH, SHO) is an added advantage
• For Scaffold Supervisor applicants: strong product understanding of scaffolding, including on-site installation and dismantling
