Site Supervisor/ Project Coordinator

About the role

This role involves supervising and coordinating daily site activities and subcontractors on construction projects. You will monitor project progress, quality, materials, manpower, and schedules while ensuring all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, quality, materials, manpower, and schedules
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety requirements
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation
• Identify and resolve site issues and follow up on outstanding works
• Assist the Project Manager with project coordination and completion

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building, or related field preferred
• Preferably with site experience in construction, renovation, or related projects
• Relevant site supervision or project coordination experience
• Able to read construction drawings and understand site works
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to travel and work at project sites
