Site Supervisor, Project Management

Kingsmen Group is a global leader in the design, fabrication and project management of Retail & Corporate Interiors,Exhibitions & Events, Thematic & Museums and Alternative Marketing.

We invite mature and high caliber person to fill the following positions in Hong Kong:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise site work as carrying out by sub-contractors
• Responsible for project programming, planning, progress monitoring,  documentations and on-site operation
• Attend regular site meetings, monitor progress and workmanship on site
• Occasionally travel to PRC or other countries when required

Requirements:

• Working experience in interior fitting out projects
• Good communication and site management skills
• 1-2 years relevant experience in interior retails
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel & MS Project preferred
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Good written & spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Able to work independently and under pressure as well as willing to work overtime/during weekends if necessary
