Site Supervisor (Project Management)

About the role

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of construction projects in the Muar District of Johor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the project management team, ensuring all necessary documentation and records are maintained
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to identify and address any potential issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Assist with the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Travel outstation to meet client and oversee the progress of the project on-site

About you

• 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
