Site Supervisor - Project Team

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate work activities and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficientl and according to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and work progress.

• Monitor contractors, workers, materials, equipment and site resources.

• Ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications and schedules.

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work quality.

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal departments.

• Prepare site reports, progress updates and relevant documentation.

• Identify site issues and follow up on corrective actions.

• Ensure good housekeeping and proper site organization.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building, Property Management or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience.

• Experience in construction, plantation infrastructure, civil works or related industries will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of site operations, safety practices and basic technical requirements.

• Able to read drawings, monitor work progress and coordinate contractors.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and willing to be based in Lahad Datu, Sabah.

• Open to Malaysian citizens only.
