You'll oversee 3-4 active job sites , run daily huddles, confirm materials and work orders, and make sure every crew member knows exactly what needs to get done each day.

• Review work orders and material orders prepared by our admin team
• Run pre- and post-job huddles independently
• Enforce safety compliance and ensure daily forms are completed
• Approve daily crew time using ClockShark
• Flag issues to the Production Manager the same day -- no surprises
• Manage 3-4 active job sites simultaneously

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills -- able to manage multiple sites without dropping details
• Clear, direct communication skills
• Comfortable with basic field technology, including ClockShark, SiteDocs, and reviewing work orders

• Roofing or trades experience is an asset, but not required

• Full-time, Monday-Friday employment
• Statutory benefits in accordance with BC Employment Standards, including vacation pay and statutory holidays
