This is a well established insurance building company specialising in roofing projects, seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. With a strong pipeline of insurance work across South East Queensland, this is a stable, long term opportunity with excellent earning potential and a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily site operations across multiple roofing jobs
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Conducting site inspections and managing WH&S compliance
• Liaising with office staff, project coordinators, and suppliers
• Reporting on progress, defects, and completion milestones
• Ensuring excellent outcomes for clients and insurers

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within insurance building or roofing
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs across different locations
• Proactive, reliable, and solutions focused
