Site Supervisor / Site Assistant (Fitting Out)

The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing on-site coordination and support for high-end interior fitting-out projects. The role involves monitoring workmanship and materials deliveries, coordinating closely with the Project Manager or Site Manager, and maintaining accurate site documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Based at the site office, provide daily administrative and project coordination support to the Site Manager / Project Manager
• Coordinate on-site materials with the subcontractors / suppliers
• Handle site documents and reports
• Control site safety and the use of project site resources
• Carry out other project-related duties assigned by the Site Manager / Project Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate holder in Building Services / Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant site experience as supporting staff
• Holder of a valid Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
• Adaptable, capable of working independently and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Familiar with reading technical drawings and using computer software (e.g. MS Office, AutoCAD etc.)
• Passionate about high-end interior fit-out projects
• Sunday or Public Holiday shift may be required based on project needs (with compensatory leave)
