Site Supervisor (Stone Column)

About the role

Oversee stone column installation. Manage day-to-day site operations, ensure strict adherence to engineering specifications, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality control.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee installation of stone columns (vibro-replacement / vibro-displacement)
• Monitor rig setups, depth, compaction criteria, and consumption materials
• Coordinate daily activities of operators, riggers, and site laborers
• Manage site logistics including the delivery and stockpiling of aggregates
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and method statements
• Maintain accurate records of daily logs, installation logs, and material consumption
• Assist in testing and inspection procedures (e.g., plate load tests)
• Enforce HSE regulations and ensure a zero-accident working environment
• Liaise closely with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays

About you

• Diploma Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience, specifically in ground improvement or geotechnical works (Stone Columns, Piling, or Dynamic Compaction)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• CIDB Accredited Site Supervisor Certificate and CIDB Green Card
