Site Supervisor - Structural

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Structural Site Supervisor with strong practical knowledge of structural works and site execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing structural activities at construction sites, coordinating contractors and workers, and ensuring work is completed as per project requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day structural construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure proper execution of structural works as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and workers for smooth execution.
• Monitor activities such as RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concreting, masonry, and related structural works.
• Check workmanship and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
• Coordinate manpower and resources required for site activities.
• Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Monitor work progress and report daily site updates to the Project/Site Engineer.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction practices.
• Maintain proper coordination between different agencies and work teams.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned structural works as per project schedule.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.
• Candidates with experience in contractor-based construction companies will be preferred.
• ITI or Diploma qualification in Civil/Construction or a related field is acceptable.
• Strong practical knowledge of structural works and site execution.
• Hands-on experience in supervising construction activities and workmen.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site measurements, and execution methods.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
• Candidates with experience in building construction projects will be preferred.
