Site Supervisor - Structure

About the role

A Site Supervisor – Structure responsible for supervising structural construction activities at the Opus Park project. This role ensures structural works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, construction methods, and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise structural works including reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works
• Ensure construction follows approved Structural Drawings and specifications
• Monitor structural quality, workmanship, and construction progress
• Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete casting, and structural elements
• Coordinate with contractors, Structural Engineers, and other disciplines
• Identify structural issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Monitor contractor progress against the project schedule
• Prepare site inspection and progress reports

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Relevant experience in structural site supervision
• Experience in high-rise construction is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, reinforcement, formwork, and structural steel
• Able to read and interpret Structural Drawings and Shop Drawings
• Good understanding of construction quality control and site inspection
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
