Site supervisor/ Technician/Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor with civil works and maintenance knowledge to join our growing team. The candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure all works are carried out safely and according to specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction and maintenance works on site
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors and material deliveries
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and project schedule
• Monitor and enforce site safety — PPE, PTW, HIRARC compliance
• Carry out and oversee civil maintenance works including repair, renovation and upkeep of structures

About you

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in civil works or building maintenance
• Wireman licence / Class D driving licence is an advantage
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Full working rights for Malaysia
