About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Draftsman cum Site Supervisor (Trainee) to join our team. The role involves assisting with drafting, design development, site supervision, and coordination for landscape and related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify technical drawings and layouts as per project requirements.
• Assist in preparing landscape and site plans.
• Support the team in developing 2D and 3D drawings and visualizations.
• Visit project sites and assist with site supervision and execution.
• Coordinate with the design and site execution teams.
• Monitor site work to ensure execution is as per drawings and specifications.
• Take site measurements and maintain required project documentation.
• Assist in checking materials, dimensions, and work quality at site.
• Identify and communicate site-related issues to the concerned team.
• Support project planning and day-to-day site coordination.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates and candidates looking to begin their career are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in landscape design and site execution is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Required Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Lumion
• Revit
• 3ds Max

Candidates with knowledge of multiple software tools will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Passion for landscapes and outdoor design.
• Basic understanding of construction/site execution.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Willingness to learn and work in a site-oriented environment.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
