Job Opening: Site Surveyor / Site Supervisor, uPVC Windows

Location: Bangalore (field-based)
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month + Travel Allowance (TA)

Key Responsibilities

• Site visits: Travel to construction and renovation sites across Bangalore to conduct window surveys.
• Precision measurement: Take accurate measurements of window openings, structural headers and sill alignments.
• Site assessment: Check site readiness, identify structural obstacles, and note installation requirements such as scaffolding needs and wall conditions.
• Technical evaluation: Apply your knowledge of uPVC profiles, frames, glass options, hardware and the installation process to anticipate fitting issues before fabrication.
• Stakeholder coordination: Work with on-site project managers, engineers and clients to confirm measurements and structural requirements.
• Reporting: Flag site discrepancies or structural errors early and report them clearly to the operations and fabrication teams.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed measurement sheets and site survey reports digitally, using your smartphone.
• Execution support: Brief installation technicians on site-specific conditions after fabrication.

Requirements

Must have

• Hands-on experience in uPVC window installation, fabrication or surveying (1 to 3 years)
• Strong grasp of basic installation principles: structural alignment, plumbing, leveling, fixing and silicone sealing
• Own a reliable two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for daily site travel across Bangalore
• Proficiency in Kannada
• Comfortable using a smartphone for measurement sheets and reports

Preferred

• Prior experience as a uPVC technician, installer or site surveyor
• Experience with aluminium windows, glazing or fenestration (a plus)
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, engineers and site teams
