Job Description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality and environmental standards. This role supervises trades and subcontractors, manages on-site resources, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Trade qualification or relevant experience in construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and tradespeople.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and site plans.
