Site Supervisor/Project Management

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers and project team members
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Prepare daily site reports and provide regular updates on work progress
• Identify and report any site issues, delays or construction-related concerns to the Project Manager

Requirement

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is an advantage
• Proven experience in construction site supervision
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Responsible, proactive and committed to delivering quality work
