About the role

S T U A R T S D E S I G N is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Site Coordinator to join our construction team in KL & Selangor. This is a full-time position based on-site, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects. As Site Supervisor/Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating between various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role is fundamental to our company's success, acting as the vital link between management and the construction workforce.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing and coordinating all daily site activities and operations
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations at all times
• Managing site personnel, including scheduling, task allocation and performance monitoring
• Coordinating between designers subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project progression
• Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Maintaining accurate site records, documentation and daily reports
• Implementing and enforcing site safety protocols and procedures
• Resolving on-site issues and challenges promptly and effectively
• Liaising with project managers/leaders and senior management on site status and updates
• Ensuring the site remains organised, secure and compliant with all regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction supervision or site coordination roles
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes and best practices
• Proven track record in health and safety management on construction sites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with construction management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Valid Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) certification or equivalent qualification
• A current driving licence
• Relevant certifications in occupational safety and health (OSHA) are highly desirable
