Site Surveyor / Project Lead

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Site Surveyor / Project Lead to oversee projects from initial site survey through to completion. This role combines technical site assessment, project planning and coordination, and clear communication with clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out site surveys and assess project requirements.
• Prepare survey reports, scopes of work and project documentation.
• Lead projects through to completion, keeping work on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress, quality and health and safety compliance.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
• Keep clients and office updated on progress.
• Review completed work and support project close-out.

About you

• Experience in site surveying, project management or a similar construction or building-services role.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Able to read technical drawings and prepare clear reports.
• Confident coordinating people and managing competing priorities.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to site challenges.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CSCS Card.
• Relevant technical or project-management qualifications are an advantage.
