Site Technical Manager

📍 Location: Pakchong, Nakhon Ratchasima

As our Site Technical Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to achieving operational excellence and driving plant reliability. Together, we’ll shape the future of our Pakchong site and contribute to Mars’ ongoing success.

What You’ll Do

As our Site Technical Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Plant Reliability – Deliver plant and equipment reliability (TRS target) as per site strategy and the business unit operating plan.
• Team Leadership – Lead and develop the site technical team of 60 members, fostering line management excellence and safety.
• Asset & Utility Custodian – Oversee site assets, utilities, infrastructure, and sustainability targets (SIG) per Mars guidelines.
• CAPEX & Projects – Deliver capital engineering projects, manage budgets, and ensure statutory and food safety compliance.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Relevant Experience – Over 15 years of relevant reliability, maintenance, or engineering experience, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Key Skills – Strong expertise in asset/utility operations, CAPEX project execution, statutory compliance, and Mars F-MOS systems.
• Soft Skills – Excellent interpersonal, planning, and priority-setting skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop large technical teams.
• Qualifications – Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics).
