What We're Looking For?

A hands-on, safety-conscious Site Technician who possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to field service.

Essential Responsibilities

• Proven experience in transformer assembly, installation, maintenance, and life extension services.
• Ability to perform on-site repairs, inspections, and diagnostics according to engineering specifications and safety standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
• A solid understanding of testing methods, fault diagnosis, and the ability to interpret data to support maintenance decisions.
• A commitment to strict workplace health and safety, combined with the ability to maintain accurate technical records and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• A valid Electrical Licence is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in high-voltage environments, field service work, and transformer-specific assembly.
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote FIFO environments and adapt quickly to changing site conditions.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to complete reports and documentation.

Desirable Certifications & Skills

• We highly value candidates who hold current EWP (Elevated Work Platform) certification.
• Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry certifications.
• Experience with advanced condition monitoring and diagnostic tools.
